In order to ensure the maximum benefit of customers as well as to improve the quality of our service, UMOVE guarantee that you can change your products for a new one within 7 days after purchase if you are not satisfied with the quality of products (the product must have the original stamp, tag, and has not been used).

For faulty / damaged products, please bring to 117 Van Cao, Ba Dinh, Hanoi to check the error:

If the product is defective / damaged by the manufacturer, Umove will provide FREE guarantee for customers, with the condition that the product is still within guarantee period.
If the product is defective by the user or the guarantee period has expired, Umove will check the defect of the product and notify you of the estimated repair costs. Then if you agree to the estimated repair cost, Umove will repair the product and send it back to you.

Due to the wide range of products and the limitations of the presentation, Umove will not list the warranty details of each product. However, Umove guarantees that all products sold at Umove have the suitable warranty. Please consult more information from the sales team of Umove for each product you are interested.
