Methods of Payment
1. Credit Transfer
Customer can transfer money into Umove’s account through one of these accounts:

For transfer information, please clearly state: FULL NAME + PHONE NUMBER + ORDER NUMBER
2. Cash on delivery (COD)
This is the form of cash payment directly to the delivery staff when receiving the goods. When the goods are delivered to you, please complete the payment and sign with the delivery staff in advance, then you receive the goods and check later. If the product has any defects or not according to your preference, you can carry out the process of exchange it. Please keep receipt of transportation to verify the date of receipt and time of exchange (not more than 7 days from the receipt of goods).
3. Refund
For credit transfer, UMOVE will refund to you in the following cases:
UMOVE will transfer refund to your personal account. We will try our best to refund as quickly as possible and the refund will take no more than 10 days from the date of refund confirmation.
