1. Transferring

For orders placed online, customers can receive goods at the store without using the services of UMOVE. In this case, please check your goods carefully at the counter before payment.

2. Free delivery

  • Free delivery for all orders valued over 1,000,000 VND in the area of ​​6 districts of Hanoi (Dong Da, Hoan Kiem, Ba Dinh, Hai Ba Trung, Cau Giay, Thanh Xuan).
  • Free delivery for all orders valued over 1,500,000 VND (weight not exceeding 0.5kg) in all provinces nationwide.


3. Time of delivery

UMOVE will ship the goods within the agreed time when you complete the ordering process, select a payment method and shipping fee. Delivery time is regulated as follow:

  • Within Ha Noi city: delivery within 24 hours after the sales staff confirm by telephone / email. (except for cases of force majeure, sales staff will contact the customer to agree on delivery time).

  • ​​​​​​​Suburban Hanoi city: delivery within 48h after the sales staff confirm by telephone / email. (except for specific areas like the industrial parks, the sales staff will contact the customer to agree on delivery time).

  • Da Nang City, Ho Chi Minh City: Delivery within 3-5 days after the sales staff confirm by telephone / email. 

  • Other cities: delivery within 3-7 days after the sales staff confirm by telephone / email.


​​​​​​​Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

In case you make a payment by credit card, debit card, transfer ... the order processing time will be calculated from the moment UMOVE receives your payment. Please note that UMOVE reserves the right to change the delivery time without prior notice in the event of a disaster or other special events.

Your order will be delivered in maximum of 2 times (in the case the first delivery is unsuccessful, our staff will contact to rearrange the appointment). We will try to contact you again within 2 working days from the moment we are notified that the goods can not be delivered to you. In case we still can not contact or receive any feedback from you, the order will be canceled.

To check your order status or information, please use the ORDER ID that was sent in your confirmation letter and inform Customer Care Service.

In the case of COD, when the goods are delivered to you, please complete the payment and sign  the delivery paper first, then you receive the goods and check later. If the product has any defects or not according to your preference, you can carry out  the process of exchange it. Please keep receipt of transportation to verify the date of receipt and time of exchange (not more than 7 days from the receipt of goods).
