Return policy

1. Product exchange policy:

UMOVE supports you to change your product within 7 days of receiving the goods according to the shipping receipt.

The policy is applied once only with the original price. The product must still have the seal, tag and delivery receipt.

The policy does not apply to used products, products damaged by external agents or products have exceeded the time of exchange according to our policy.

  • In case the product is defect due to production: 100% free of exchange costs.

  • In case you need to exchange this product to another product: you will bear the cost of shipping.

In case you purchase with the original price, you have the right to change to any product available on the website umove.com.vn. In case you buy a discounted product, you can only change it to the product with the same code, of different color or different size.

You should choose a product (or multiple products) that has a total value equal to or greater than the value of the product you want to exchange. If the total value is higher, please make payment for the exceeded amount. If the total value is lower, UMOVE will not refund the excess.

  • Provide these information: full name, phone number, order number, product code, size, color, quantity of the product purchased and the product to be exchanged.
  • After providing the information above, you can send goods by post or bring directly to the address: Online Office - 117 Van Cao Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi city.
  • Delivery time: during working hours from 09h00 to 17h00 from Monday to Friday.

2. In-store exchange policy

Customers can change products within 7 days from the date of purchase.

The policy applies only to the original price of the product and can be exchanged only once. The policy applies only when the product comes with a purchase invoice, the original label, the price tag attached to the product and the product is not dirty, damaged by agents outside the shop after purchase.

The policy does not apply to discounted products or from original price to discounted products, or products in other promotion events.

In-store purchases can be exchanged at other stores throughout the system.

4. Return policy

UMOVE only supports you in case of manufacturer error and the return will becompletely free within 7 days of purchase. See cases of manufacturer's error: Warranty Policy.
